Dr. Dull has worked for more than 20 years in well-known international stock listed companies in the automotive supply industry. She is very familiar with the various business lifecycles that a company goes through frequently. Together with her international team she supported strategic and operational business objectives. These included complex restructurings in Europe, Asia and South America, product transfers, plant closures, M & A activities, labor concessions, to support growth strategy in China, and re-organization globally.
During her many years of experience as Global Director Human Resource, Ms. Dull has seen the extent to which value conflicts can influence a company's performance.
Title of the dissertation: Value Congruence in a Multinational Corporation. Is Alignment of Values between Individuals and Organizations a Universal Maxim for Human Resource Management? The dissertation was done in addition to her role as Global Director Human Resource. In addition Ms. Dull holds a Master Degree from a well-known business school in Swiss in collaboration with the University at Albany N.Y.
Ulrich L. Zischewski
Ulrich L. Zischewski has more than 20 years of experience assuming roles as HR Director or General Manager in multinational companies. He also gained more than 15 years of experience as a consultant where he mainly was involved in Change-Management, Restructuring, Harmonization of Processes or Organizational-Structures. He provided support during pre- and post-merger integration. Further project at clients were, to improve, standardize HRM processes and practices. People are his focus point. Thus, his way of working has always been to respect the skills and knowledge of people he worked with including timely communication and information.
Changes to an effective organization only take place with and through people. Value-oriented communication with people is the main driver for the goals of effective organization.
Mr. Zischewski always generates new ideas and recommendations for action from the experience and knowledge gained in various management and consulting activities.
